OC^2 Ventures was founded by a blogger, a designer, and a technologist who were passionate about social media and open source software. The company's goals are to explore Web 2.0 opportunities and grow those that provide value to our customer base. In addition to commercial opportunities, we have made decades of contributions to open source software projects and provided assistance to federal law enforcement investigations of cyber crime.

The founders of OC^2 provide strategic consulting on a case by case basis. Our areas of expertise include open source platform strategy, design guidance, and content strategy.

Learning From A to Z

In 2010, The Morris & Schaefer Learning Company, a wholly owned entity of OC2 Ventures LLC, acquired Learning From A to Z from it’s creator and founder, Roxana Bolanos.

Synthesis

In 2011 we merged our WordPress hosting operational expertise and intellectual property with CopyBlogger Media to form Synthesis.  The merger was a true match in every sense.  Read our story.
